We Will Verify Following:

1. The prospect must currently be the homeowner.
2. Prospect must want to stay in the home and stop the foreclosure process.
3. Prospect must currently be at least 1 month behind on their mortgage payment.
4. Prospect must have a payment hardship. Must either be making less income or have a higher payment than when they got the mortgage.
5. Contact information must be correct on lead form.
