2. 85% or lower C.L.T.V.
3. Not currently in bankruptcy, forbearance or foreclosure (currently not more than 30 days late on mortgage payment).
4. Credit mid F.I.C.O. score not below 600.
5. Not refinanced within the last 6 months (7 months or more).
6. No non-conforming property types. (single family owner occupied property only).
